Beer Cheese Dip

What is a party without beer cheese dip?! When I had my friends over last Friday I decided to serve my beer cheese dip as one of my appetizers.  I love making this dip for a few reasons. Number one, it is SUPER easy to make.  Who doesn’t love easy? Number two, it is QUICK to make.  Who doesn’t quick?  Number three, it usually almost always good.  I love when I have a party and I don’t have a ton of leftovers that I have to keep eating for days after the party.  Even though, with this dip, I might not mind eating it for a few days after.  It’s just that good.
